How we started
Postlethwaite was founded by Robert Postlethwaite in 2003. Having already worked for several years as a lawyer helping companies create employee share ownership schemes, or become employee-owned businesses, Robert was sure of the invaluable contribution employee share ownership could make to a company’s business strategy. He wanted to make high quality legal advice in this complex area of law available to businesses of any size including, small and medium-sized private and listed companies.
