This practical 2–3 hour workshop introduces trustees to the key aspects of their role, including their overall purpose, legal duties, decision-making responsibilities and how they can effectively engage with the company’s leaders and employees.
The workshop is most effective if delivered in person but it can be offered online if that’s more convenient.
